Ticket sales for current Bethune Students and Bethune Alumni starts on October 9th at 12PM EST. Ticket sales for Non-Bethune, York Students starts on October 11th at 12PM EST.
Ticket sales for Non-York Students starts on October 12th at 12PM EST.
Bethune Alumni, Non-Bethune Students, and Non-York Students must have a current Bethune student who is attending the trip to sponsor them.

ROOM REQUEST FORM
Please fill out the Room Request Form no later than Monday, October 15th, 2023 at 9:00pm EST.
Note that it is 4 people per room. Groups of 2 and/or 4 are preferred. If you are filling out the form as a group of 1, 2, or 3, please note that you will be put in a room with another individual(s). Forms filled out with 3 people may be moved around based on other forms. You will be required to select a designated credit card holder for the room as well. If any changes/confirmations need to be made about your room, an email will be sent out to you.
